The vision for Enjoy Baja Development Company and the development of La Joya Real is a natural compliment to the evolution of Puertecitos and the infrastructure boom of the North-Eastern Baja region.  While our company has been diligently at work finalizing legal processes, building our timeline for development and establishing our ‘big picture’ view of what we will create, Mexico has been moving at an impressive pace (especially considering the economic times of our global community) towards completing a brand-new trans-peninsular highway whose junction with the already-built and newly upgraded Highway 5 is nearly at our doorstep.  This new thoroughfare (which in one direction takes you all the way to Cabo San Lucas and in the other direction leads right to the California border) paints a bold picture of all that Puertecitos can be.

Our goal is to grow and advance along with the highway and the increased traffic flow.  We want to progress in tandem with the development of this unique area and have our vision for our development, and the eventual services we will offer, provide a compliment to the surrounding community and town.  An outline of what’s to come will follow.
