We’ve spent the last few years working on all the legalities of our property and are pleased to announce that we can now offer Fideicomisos (real estate bank trusts)  with title insurance to our future owners so that they may enjoy, in perpetuity, their property in a safe and legal manner.  It was important to us to get these legal processes completed before we began the more enjoyable task of planning our community and selling our homesites.

As the groundwork of due diligence has been done and the foundation for a strong development has been established, we have now begun making our vision a reality and creating a master-planned, residential/resort-styled enclave.  We want this plan to reach for the stars while preserving feasibility and intelligent foresight to create a maintainable community that allows its residents and visitors to take advantage of this amazingly beautiful and abundant region.

The list of things to do, places to see and adventures to take is impressive and we want La Joya Real to make it all that much more available and do-able.

In establishing our overall plan, we are taking into account not only the ‘personality’ we want our property to have, but also current market trends and environmentally-aware thinking.  Creating a community that respects the land, the people, the culture and the prosperity of the region is foremost; but equally important is initiating progress in a way that offers the most opportunity to as many people as possible – including those who already call this area home.

Initially, our plan was to have our Grand Opening coincide with the opening of the new highway; however, due to an increased level of interest and a growing number of inquiries into our development, we have already begun the visible progress of moving dirt, staking properties and preparing the area for construction and the implementation of an on-site sales office.  Our official Grand Opening is now projected for January 2010.
